Network M40 is a prime development project where highly prominent buildings are being constructed to fit the exact requirements of occupiers. Phase 1 is scheduled for handover in early 2012 and Phase 2 will be completed in spring 2012.

Location
Network M40 lies alongside the M40 just to the south of Junction 11. The motorway junction is less than a mile via Ermont Way with little traffic congestion. Banbury is a dynamic town with a strong local economy and high quality labour supply.
