Holywell Business Park, Southam, Warwickshire
A mixed use Business Park on 15 acres comprising 7 office buildings, 14 industrial units and a Tesco supermarket. The development was undertaken in 2008.
Chawley Park
Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill, Oxford
An office development of 10,000 sqft pre let to Gifford Ltd alongside the Timbmet building. Developed in 2008 and sold to West Oxfordshire District Council.
Network Oxford
Network Oxford, Oxford
An industrial/warehouse and bus depot development just off the Oxford Ring Road. Development undertaken in 2008 and with pre lets to Stagecoach PLC and Nedschroef. Investment sold to Thames Water Pension scheme.
Network 421
Buckingham
A high quality industrial/warehouse park on 10 acres where units for Manitowoc Cranes and Hartridge Engineering were developed. Further land was sold to HG Timber. The project was completed in 2009.
Harbour Trade Centre
Harbour Estate, Portsmouth, Hampshire
A 2.2 acre site bought for Trade Counter development. After initial marketing and planning consultation the site was sold to self storage operator LOKn'STORE in Autumn 2007.

Nottingham
A 160,000 sq ft Warehouse on a site of 6.5 acres acquired in Autumn 2005 in partnership with Helical Bar for medium term retail redevelopment. Sold in Summer 2006 to Tesco following land assembly.

Bicester, Oxfordshire
A site of 5.5 acres on which a 65,000 sq ft H.Q. facility was sold to Brita Water Filters and completed in September 2004. A 50,000 sq ft H.Q. facility was sold to Stonebridge Joinery and completed in June 2005.

High Wycombe, Bucks
A speculative multi unit industrial estate of 40,000 sq ft. Practical Completion was reached in January 2005 and all 10 units were sold in 15 months.

Brackley, Northants
A speculative multi unit industrial estate of 50,000 sq ft. Practical Completion was reached in July 2004 and the scheme is now fully sold/let.
Oxonian Park
Kidlington, Oxfordshire
A speculative high office content industrial estate of 126,000 sq ft in partnership with Land Securities. Practical Completion was reached in October 2003. The estate was subsequently sold to Slough Estates.
Omega
Didcot, Oxfordshire
A speculative distribution estate of 130,000 sq ft in three units. The development was funded by Diageo Pension Trust and completed in 2002.

A speculative estate of 40,000 sq ft funded by Sun Life of Canada and completed in 2001.

Banbury, Oxfordshire
A speculative multi unit industrial estate of 100,000 sq ft funded with Diageo Pension Trust. The development was completed in 2000.

The development of a 30,000 sq ft distribution centre pre-sold to Norbert Dentressangle and completed in 1999.
Volvo Car UK Ltd
Daventry, Northants
The development of a 100,000 sq ft production, warehouse and office facility for Volvo. The development was forward funded by NILGOSC and completed in 1997.
